Sueña Torrevieja calls for public monitoring of the town’s new bus network

The municipal group wants regular reports on punctuality, frequencies, timetable compliance, passenger numbers, incidents and coverage. It also calls for an accessible way for passengers to submit complaints and suggestions, with the results published on the Ayuntamiento’s website.

The proposal gives priority to links with Torrevieja University Hospital, health centres, schools, La Mata, neighbourhoods and urbanisations. Sueña Torrevieja argues that the network is being introduced in phases and is not expected to be complete until 2027, so problems should be identified and corrected before they become permanent.
