The group says the network, introduced in phases from 27 July and expected to be completed during 2027, needs transparent monitoring while changes to routes, timetables and frequencies are rolled out. Its proposal would track punctuality, service frequency, passenger numbers, incidents and coverage across neighbourhoods and residential areas.
The motion also calls for an accessible way for passengers to submit complaints and suggestions, with particular attention to links with Torrevieja University Hospital, health centres, schools and La Mata. Sueña Torrevieja wants the results published on the town hall website so residents can see whether the operator is meeting its contract obligations.
