The suspension covers all events, shows and cultural activities organised by the institute during the three-day mourning period. Among the cancelled events are a Saul Jazz Band concert in the ‘Viernes de Palacio’ series and a performance of Don Juan Tenorio by the municipal theatre school.
The cultural institute has expressed its condolences to the victims, their families and those injured in the accident. It has also explained that tickets bought through the official digital platforms will be refunded automatically in the coming days.
Refunds will be sent to the same bank account or card used for the purchase, so ticket holders do not need to complete any additional procedure.
