The town hall-backed campaign is designed to support local shops, hospitality, restaurants and service businesses. It is open to adults and legally emancipated minors who were registered in Torrevieja on 30 September 2026. The scheme has a total budget of one million euros, with funding from Alicante Provincial Council and the Ayuntamiento (town hall).
Online sales begin today, 2 November, at 15:30, with electronic identification required. Residents who prefer to buy in person can request an appointment on 3 or 4 November at APYMECO, on Calle Ramón Gallud 145. In-person sales run from 5 to 17 November. Vouchers can be used at participating businesses until 31 December 2026; unused vouchers cannot be refunded or compensated.
