The ninth edition of Conversaciones sobre Salud, or Conversations about Health, will be held under the title ‘Much more than stopping drinking: recovering life’. The session will look beyond abstinence, addressing quality of life, personal relationships and the return to everyday activities.
Organised by Torrevieja Town Hall through its Health Prevention and Promotion Department, the event will bring together healthcare professionals, representatives of APAEX and UPCA, and people with personal experience of recovery. The organisers say the meeting is open to everyone, particularly relatives and anyone who wants to understand more about prevention, support and the challenges faced during recovery.
